We are excited to welcome a new staff member as we expand our team again! Gary Halbig joined PCM at the start of May as a System Technician and comes with 10 years of IT experience. For the last 5 years Gary has been working in the managed IT services space and we have come to really appreciate the experience he brings to our team.

Mickael Moco joined our team in March as part of an internship for a program he completed at triOS College in Hamilton. Mickael recently earned the CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network + and CompTIA IT Operations Specialist designations. Since then he has been busy getting up to speed on our support tools and best practices.

PCM Launches a new Customer Portal

We are excited to announce the launch of our new customer portal. This updated website features a brand-new look that is more modern and easier to use. The new portal allows clients to submit and look up service tickets, view invoices, view projects and project tickets as well as manage user permissions.
