PCM Adds Another Help Desk Technician

Matthew Pettorossi joined our team at the start of October as a Help Desk Technician. Matt comes to
us with over 3 years of experience from his previous role at another managed service provider. Matt
also holds several CompTIA designations, including IT Operations Specialist, and graduated from the
Network Engineering & Security Analyst program at Mohawk College.
